History

Gallery Horizon (Galerie Horizon) is based on a private collection of oil paintings from Russian, Georgian, Armenian and Lithuanian artists. The owners collected their first works during their stay in Moscow during the period 1995 – 1998.
Initially they collected those works, which reflect a very special interpretation of magic realism, symbolism and surrealism, in Russia usually referred to as metaphysical art.
After the decision to open a gallery in Holland on 1st of January 1999, more styles were added

Our Artists

Gallery Horizon represents well known as well as promising young artists. All of them graduated from higher schools of art and participated in exhibitions in their own country. Most of them showed their works in other countries as well. All works are guaranteed authentic.
The artists of Gallery Horizon represent many different styles of figurative art. You will search in vain for abstract works.
