Victoria Teneta was born in Moscow, Russia. She studied at the All Union State Institute of Cinematography.She attended workshops of Mr M. Gurvich.

She is a permanent participant in the exhibitions of young artists in Moscow and abroad. From 1995 she had many one-man exhibitions in the Central House of the Artist and in the Manege. In 2001 she worked for 8 weeks in a studio of the Cite des Arts in Paris and a week with Gallery Horizon in Holland, where she finished some works that can still can be found in this gallery.

Victoria's works can be found in collections all over the world. Since 1997 her paintings are shown in Names of Art, Isograph, and other publications.
